Description A
continuous cast aluminum-iron-copper alloy (UNS-95400) meeting the minimum requirements of
ASTM Standards. The excellent resistance of MoldStar®18 alloy to wear and abrasion is available
in continuous tube, round rod, and rectangular bar.
These characteristics make MoldStar®18 an ideal for bushings, tie bar nuts, bearings, gears,
worm gears, and similar applications.
